2023 Dues Assessment letters were mailed in March with a deadline of May 1st, 2023. Payments are accepted only through postal mail or online.

Annual Meeting of Property Owners
The annual meeting for property owners of Decatur Ridge Community Association will occur Tuesday, March 28th at West Newton United Methodist Church - 6843 Mendenhall Road, Indianapolis, IN 46221.
Annual Community Picnic
Residents are invited to join neighbors for food and fun on Saturday, June 25th, from Noon - 3pm in the Commons Area of our main entrance near Milhouse Road.
Bring lawn chairs or blankets for sitting & outdoor games while neighbors enjoy catching up and the entertainment! Bounce house & Big Kahuna Water Slide!
The Community will provide a tent for shade, main dish, & water bottles!
Feel free to bring chips, cookies, fruits, & vegetable tray to share!

Spring cleaning helped you find items you no longer need? Join your neighbors by hosting a sale of your no longer needed items! Maybe you will find a treasure nearby!
Annual Meeting of Homeowners & Election of Board Members
If you are unable to attend, you may sign the proxy in your mailed packet for another individual to represent you in the voting for Board Member positions. If you are interested in serving as a volunteer Board Member, please plan to attend to share your interest during our presentation of candidates or submit your name and information so it may be shared with those in attendance for the purpose of voting.
